For food trucks, counters and coffee bars
One code at the window. The line orders itself.
No tables, one point of ordering: a truck, a counter, a market stall, a coffee bar. Here is how a shift runs.
One shift
From the first scan to the hand-over.
One shift, from the first scan to the hand-over.
- 01
A guest in the line scans the code on the window
One code for the whole location. Each scan starts its own order — the person behind them scans the same code and gets their own cart, not theirs.
- 02
They order while they wait
The full menu, with photos, descriptions and prices, customised the way you've set it up, with any note to the kitchen. By the time they reach the window the order is already in.
- 03
Every order gets a number for the day
#41, #42, #43 — counting from one each service day, per location. It is on the guest's screen, on the kitchen's ticket and in your orders list, so nobody is matching faces to bags.
- 04
They pay by card or wallet on their phone, or in cash at the window
Card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through your own payment account. Or cash: the guest chooses it, their screen shows the order number and the amount, and the order waits in your Take payment queue until you take the money and enter what they handed over. The kitchen only sees it once it's paid.
- 05
The kitchen works the queue by number
Tickets in the order they were paid, each with its number, items and notes, on a display built for the pass. Tick items as they go up.
- 06
The guest is told when their order is ready
Mark the ticket done and the guest's phone tells them to collect it — their number is on the screen they show at the window, and their name if they gave one at checkout.
- 07
Run a market Saturday as its own event
Give a farmers market or a festival its own QR code and its own report, so Saturday's numbers stand apart from the rest of the week.

What each of them gets.
