Gilded Plate

For table-service restaurants

One dinner service, table to kitchen, without the relay.

A dining room with a code on every table. Here is what a Friday night looks like.

One service

From the first scan to the last plate.

One service, from the first party seated to the last plate cleared.

  1. 01

    The host seats a party

The host stand shows every table — free, sat, waiting to be cleared — and seats the party in one tap. Their visit starts from that moment, on the same clock the kitchen, the floor and the owner see.

  2. 02

They scan the code on the table

The menu opens in their browser, in your colours, tied to that table for the whole visit. No app, no account. A second phone at the same table joins the same order.

  3. 03

They order from their own phone

Photos, dietary tags and allergens on every dish. Cook temperatures, add-ons, sides, and a note to the kitchen in their own words. Required choices are marked, so nothing reaches the pass half-specified. Anyone who would rather order from a server can — the server enters it into the same order.

  4. 04

They pay at the table, or in cash at the counter

Card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through your own payment account, from the table, with tax, tips and service charges applied the way you've set them. Or cash: the order waits in your Take payment queue until someone takes the money, and only then goes to the kitchen.

  5. 05

The kitchen sees the ticket by table

Table number, every item, the options chosen, the guest's note, on a display built for the pass. New tickets appear on their own; cooks tick items as they go up and work one ticket at a time or the whole rail.

  6. 06

The kitchen tells the floor when food is up

Mark an order ready and whoever is on the floor is told, so plates leave the pass while they're still hot. A guest who taps for a refill reaches the floor the same way.

  7. 07

The floor confirms the plates landed

Mark the order delivered and the kitchen and the owner both know it did.

  8. 08

The owner watches turns without walking the room

Every order, its table, its items and its status in one live list, from anywhere; how long tables are taking, from the host stand. Change a price or pull a dish from the menu and guests see it on the next scan.

Run a Friday night on it.
